TIL about "Sgt. Bill", a man who claimed to be a DEA Agent and conducted raids on meth labs and made 20 arrests in the small town of Gerald, Missouri. However, it transpired that he was lying, and was an ex-convict, bankrupt and unemployed. However, he actually succeeded in getting rid of the meth.
